A small engineering team in Las Colinas. You will answer the phone, and you will have the capacity to do it.
What the job actually involves
You will answer calls directly. There is no first line here to absorb the routine ones, and that is the job rather than an interruption to it.
You will hold a manageable number of clients. The ratio is set so that answering is possible, and it is protected.
You will test restores. Scheduled, with the client watching, because a backup nobody has restored is not a backup.
On call is rotated and compensated. It is published in advance and it is paid, never an unstated expectation.

Conducts scheduled restore testing with the client’s team present rather than relying on backup completion reports. Quotes project work separately as fixed-price rather than absorbing it into the monthly agreement. Reports to the Managing Director.
