Crestwood Technologies
A managed IT provider in Las Colinas, serving organizations across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Why there is no first line
Crestwood Technologies was founded to provide managed IT support without the triage layer that sits between most clients and the engineer who will eventually help them.
Our founders had worked inside that structure. They had read ticket summaries that omitted the detail which turned out to matter, and had arrived on site to discover the problem described was not the problem present.
Nothing about it is careless. Transcription loses information, and a script written for common faults performs badly on uncommon ones. The model is efficient and it is lossy, and the loss is invisible to the provider.
We removed the layer and accepted the consequence. Each engineer holds fewer clients, our monthly fee reflects that, and we explain the arithmetic to every prospective client rather than competing on headline price.
What every client can expect
Direct access
Calls reach an engineer who holds your account and knows your environment.
A named pair
Each client has a named engineer and a named second, not a rotating pool.
Your credentials
Administrative access, licences, and documentation are held in your name throughout.
Restores tested
Backups are restore-tested on a schedule, with your team present to watch it work.
No vendor rebates
Hardware and licences pass through at supplier cost with nothing retained.
Projects quoted separately
Migrations and rollouts are fixed-price work, not absorbed into an unexplained fee increase.
